Part-Time, Acupuncture Clinic Coordinator
At The Fertility Clinic at Practice Longevity, we support patients through one of the most meaningful and personal journeys of their lives. We’re a holistic fertility acupuncture clinic built on compassion, patience, and genuine care. We’re looking for a Clinic Coordinator who brings those same qualities to every interaction.

Job Details
The Role
22–26 hours per week
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:15 am – 6:15 pm
Located in Brookfield, WI
Starting at $19.00/hr (commensurate with experience)
What You'll Do

Welcome and check in patients in a warm, personal manner

Schedule appointments with attention to individual patient needs and clinic workflow

Process payments and maintain accurate patient accounts; provide receipts, statements, and superbills as needed

Serve as the first point of contact for new patients — introducing them to our services, answering questions about acupuncture for fertility, and guiding them through their first steps

Respond to emails and messages promptly and professionally

Ensure patient intake forms and profiles are complete and accurate

Clean and prepare treatment rooms between appointments

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment

Keep inventory stocked and supplies replenished

Uphold HIPAA compliance and patient privacy at all times
What We’re Looking For

Friendly, professional communicator both in person and in writing

Comfortable having warm, informative conversations with patients about their care

Experience in a medical or wellness front desk setting preferred

Familiarity with online scheduling systems and general computer proficiency (Apple experience a plus)

Genuine interest in holistic health and women’s wellness

Self-directed and able to manage time well in a calm but busy environment
