Yoga For Fertility
6 Week Class
Class Fee: $95
April 15th - May 20th
The Yoga For Fertility Program at Practice Longevity is a complimentary care method for aiding your fertility through the integration of specific yoga postures to gently stretch and relax your muscles and connective tissues, and increase blood flow to your pelvis and reproductive organs as well as strengthen areas needed to support fertility and conception.
Yoga classes incorporate relaxation meditation and breathing techniques to help create a state of inner awareness and a deeper sense of peace, to reduce stress, worry, and depression, and to help you regain a better sense of balance and wellness in your life. You’ll also be exploring how intention setting, journaling, and self-care techniques can be beneficial for the whole body to feel relaxed, in the present moment and at ease. Using the yoga therapy model, you will be given the tools needed to take these practices home and integrate them into your everyday.
Classes are 75 minutes long and are designed to support women who are trying to conceive either naturally or through assisted reproductive treatments. Classes are open to women of all levels of yoga experience- beginner to advanced. Registration is required.
Classes are taught by:

My purpose for teaching yoga and more importantly, Yoga For Fertility, is because I believe in the power of the body to heal itself and the strength of being in a community of women who are supportive of each other. I have been blessed to be have been given this opportunity passed down from one of my mentors and teachers. It is my hope that I can bring ease of body, mind and spirit to each woman who walks through these doors.
My yoga journey is ever expanding. I’ve completed my 200-hr training with Integrative Yoga Therapy in 2013, my 300-hr with Inner Peace Yoga Therapy/Yoga Durango and will shortly complete my 1000-hr yoga therapy certification with Inner Peace. Through my love of the practice and joy of learning, I have trained with some of the premier yoga teachers and therapists from around the world.
I have also completed trainings in other healing modalities, such as Reiki II and certified as a Harmonic Attunement Practitioner, as well as being a Cancer Exercise Specialist.
When I’m not embracing all things yoga, I am spending time with family and friends, snuggling with my sweet rescue dog, Bailey, traveling to warm, sandy beaches and enjoying life one day at a time.
